Import to Avid

Open your Avid Project containing your source video. Create a New sequence with the full video on the timeline.




Once imported, right click on the display on the right - That's the one which shows your timeline video.




Select "Markers Window" from the menu.




Once you click it, an empty Marker window will appear on the screen.




Right click in the Markers window, and select Import Markers from the list.




Select your exported NOVA file from your computer.




Once it is imported, your markers will appear in your Markers window, and on your video on the timeline. They have the colours you previously set for each label.




You can now go through your markers, and cut out the clips you'd like to work with.
