Export to AVID

Export to AVID



Select your labels. They are now in your "Selected" tab. If you are happy with your chosen labels, click the "Add to export" button.



You have now added your labels to your export. You can see it at the bottom of the page. Click on the little arrow on the right to expand the tab to check your selection. Remove any of them by clicking the x if you changed your mind.



Once you are fully happy with your selection, click the button "Export to AVID. This will take you to a settings page for your AVID markers file.

You can decide to merge moments into one marker if they are found in the set time period.

Timeline Settings:
Set which Video track on your timeline should the markers appear on.

Offset:
Set your original video's starting timecode. The number you write here is the starting timecode of your video.

Files Per Label:
If you want to receive a separate marker file for each label, select File Per Label.
If you want to receive one marker file for all your labels, select custom. You will need to add some extra settings there.




Custom label setting:

COLOUR: Decide the marker colour for each selected label.

NAME AND COMMENT: You can change the Name or the Comment of each label, if you need to. Otherwise it will automatically set the label’s name.

FILE: Select if you want to receive the labels in one file or separate files.



Once all is set, click the "Export" button and save your AVID marker file(s) to your computer. You will receive a ZIP file which you need to extract on your computer.
